Eligibility
The paper submitted to the SEASIA 2022 proceeding is a paper presented during the conference days on 9-11 June 2022. Authors are strongly advised to revise their original paper based on the discussant or participants' feedback before submitting it to the proceedings.
Preparing your proceedings paper
For your convenience, please refer to the "Author Guidelines" document on how a proceedings paper should be structured, how elements (headings, figures, references) should be formatted using our predefined styles, etc. We also give some insight on how your paper will be typeset at Springer. The PDF of the Authors' Guidelines can be downloaded here or as part of the zip files containing the complete sets of instructions and templates for the different text preparation systems.
Paper submitted to the proceedings should contain original research that has neither been published nor submitted for publication elsewhere. It is required for the authors to check that neither plagiarism nor self-plagiarism has taken place. Your manuscript needs to run through our plagiarism-checking tool (Turnitin / iThenticate). We suggest the similarity index is less than 15 %. Upon submission, an author should attach the plagiarism checking report.

Paper length
A paper length is 10 to 12 pages including abstract, figures and references.
Paper Language
The submitted paper must be written in English. All submitted papers are required to undergo a language editing and proofreading process. It ensures that the document is readable and free of errors in grammar and punctuation.

To provide free access to readers, the publication fee borne by the author is IDR 3 Million or 210 USD for each submitted article. Please be advised the payment is only made upon the acceptance notification from the organizing committee.
